Far from crowded beaches and bars

If you haven't been to Extremadura before, now's the time to consider it. As Spain prepares to re-open in July following the coronavirus crisis, this isolated region should be well placed to attract visitors looking for wide open spaces, al fresco dining and escape from the crowds.
